A structural equation modeling (SEM) employed to examine the relationship between push and pull factors in travel motivations. The purpose of this study is to develop the hierarchical model in leisure motivations in which the current research imported built model, hierarchical constraints, to apply to the motivational dimensions of the internal stimuli as push factors and the external stimuli as pull factors. Sequentially, this study further investigated the pull factors formed from push factor dimensions that how they affect on leisure travel participation. The total of 691 respondents participated in the methodology of simple random sampling. SEM utilized to analyze the data in which this study examined the relationship between push-pull factors and leisure participation. The study found that all dimensional effects were statistically significant and the measurement model also indicated a strong model fit. The study also found that as leisure constraints encountered hierarchically, travel motives sequentially influenced. This study suggested that the motivational attributes can be predicted by noting the hierarchical process and further notified the functional interaction between motivational dimensions and leisure travel participation.
