This study examined the effect of Physical Education Program on fundamental motor ability changes, based on the result from 16 week program 12 boys (7 with light symptom and 5 with heavy symptom) who were judged suffering autism by a pediatric neuropsychiatrist and a clinical pathologist of neuropsychiatry at C University Hospital in C City, in order to survey if the Kindergarten Physical Education Program can affect positively in fundamental motor ability. First, One-Way ANOVA based result of motor performance test depending the period, shows that children developed in muscular strength, fast-starting, agility, flexibility, balance, with high distinct difference. Second, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (locomotion) depending the period, shows that children developed in walk-on-balance beam, backward walking along the line, jumping over the unibar, and galloping movement, with high distinct difference. Third, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (manipulation) depending the period, shows that children developed in ball-throwing, ball-bouncing, ball-catching, and ball-kicking, with high distinct difference. Fourth, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (stability) depending the period, shows that children developed in one-leg standing, toe-touching, tumbling, and ball-dodging, with high distinct difference. Fifth, One-Way ANOVA based result of achievement test (stability) depending the period, shows that children developed in balloon program, rubber-ring program, ball program, scarf program, and hurdle program.
