The study tried to explore influencing relationship with organizational citizenship behavior which is an important factor in success in an organization for efficient managementof human resources of brand coffee shop - with antecedent variable of psychological capital showing positive psychological state of employees and intervening variable of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the results, the study intended to suggest practical implications in regards to methods for stable human resources management which can bring competitive advantage in brand coffee shop market in saturation. The subjects of study were employees who work in the metropolitan area among employees working in Coffee Bean and TWOSOME PLACE which are brand coffee shops and directly operate shops in chain form. As the study results, it was found out that an employee with high level of psychological capital showed high job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thus, when job satisfaction and organizational commitment were high, this gave significant influences on organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, to raise positive psychological capital, it would be necessary to develop and proceed with programs in the level of head office which can help self-realization of employees, can make overcome crisis which everyone can face in social life, and can strengthen expertise in one``s own job. As a result, employees can be more motivated and can improve their capability so that each individual can reach their goals.
