The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationships among hotel managers` fun leadership and hotel employees` perceptions of job engagement, self-efficacy, innovative behavior, and job performance. For these purposes, nine hypotheses were developed based on the comprehensive literature review and the data were collected from 218 hotel employees. The data were analyzed using frequence, reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis, and SEM(structural equation modeling) with both SPSS/WIN 20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: χ<sup>2</sup>=608.786, d.f.=315(χ<sup>2</sup>/d.f.=1.933), p<0.001, NFI=0.868, IFI=0.931, CFI=0.931, RMR=0.035. Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The findings can be summarized as follows: First, a hotel manager`s fun leadership had positive effects on job engagement and innovative behavior of a hotel employee. Second, a hotel employee`s job engagement had statistically positive effects on his/her self-efficacy and innovative behavior. Third, a hotel employee`s self-efficacy had a positive effect on his/her innovative behavior. Fourth, a hotel employee`s innovative behavior had a positive impact on his/her job performance. In the conclusion part, these findings were discussed and then both implications and limitations were provided.
