The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of satisfaction with service of day care center.. The specific purpose of this study for this is as follows.
1) How was degree of parents" satisfaction about service of the day care center?
2) Were there any significant differences among the parents" satisfaction about six category(quality of teacher, quality of directors, management and finance of day care center, educational programme, physical environment, children"s health and safety in the centers) according to parents" demographic variables?
The subjects of this study were 295 parents in the area of gang-nung city. the research instruments were the questionnaire to parents" satisfaction of day care center.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. The patents showed higher satisfactions with directors, teachers and educational curriculum than the satisfaction with physical environment and with children"s health and safety.
2. The parents" satisfactions with service of the day care centers showed the significant differences according six category.
