The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between attitudes and involvement of students without disabilities in inclusive physical education of students with mental retardation. In order to be better satisfied with this purpose, the researcher used purposive sampling 231 students without disabilities who participated in inclusive physical education of students with mental retardation, from 8 classes in 5 middle schools. The statistical methods used to analyze the collected data were the exploratory factor analysis using SPSS version 11.0, and the confirmatory factor analysis, Structural Equation Modeling analysis using AMOS version 4.01. The results were as follows: First, the attitudes and involvement of students without disabilities in inclusive physical education didn't depend on one another. Second, The hypotheses model fit about the relationship between attitudes and involvement of students without disabilities in inclusive physical education of students with mental retardation was validity (Normed χ2: 2.00, RMR: .06, RESEA: .06, GFI: .93, NFI: .94 CFI: .94, TLI: .94). Third, disability understanding of students without disabilities and improvement of disabilities skills were effected through involvement of students with mental retardation in inclusive physical education. Fourth, attitudes of students without disabilities toward inclusive physical education was effected positively by the involvement of students without disabilities in inclusive physical education of students with mental retardation.
