This study aims to find effective exercise programs in preparation for the newly changed physical fitness test for military cadres and to find out how they affect physical fitness tests. The reinforcement exercise program using TRX was selected as a research method and the subjects were selected as 10 A-group members who were attending military training only for 12 weeks and 10 B-groups who conducted TRX reinforcement exercise together, and the physical fitness test factors were measured and analyzed. As a result, A.G. is muscular (p<.001), muscle endurance (p<.001), showed significant differences in agility (p<.01), and increased somewhat in cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility and agility, but no significant differences were seen. B.G. is muscle endurance (p<.01), muscle strength (p<.001), cardiopulmonary endurance (p<.001), Agility (p<.001), agility (p<.001) showed significant differences, and no significant differences in flexibility (p>.05). In addition, the effects of physical fitness test factor development are timing in muscle endurance (p<.001), Timeline*Group (p.<.05), and Group (p<.05) showed significant effects, and in terms of muscle strength, cardiopulmonary endurance, quickness, and agility, timing (p<.001), when*group (p<.01), (p<.001), (p<.01), (p<.001) only showed significant effects and group-in-house verification did not show significant effects in group (p>.05). Flexibility did not produce any significant effect (p>.05). Thus, the 12-week TRX reinforcement exercise had a high positive effect on the development of fitness test factors, excluding flexibility, rather than single exercise in general weight training.
