This paper focuses on the misuse of cases ‘ga’, ‘ni’, ‘wo,’ which come form Teramura Misuse Corpus for Japanese learners. From the viewpoint of Korean native speakers’ linguistic cognition on case structure, it can be obviously seen that Japanese learners’ confusion among "ga", "ni" and "wo" is caused by following reasons. First, it is evident that Japanese learning is strongly affected by the similarity in the grammatical structure between Korean and Japanese language. Most misuse issues are caused by the wrong choices of object words following “ga”, “ni” and “wo” because of the influence of the mother tongue. Thus, Korean native speakers’ misuse on case particles regarding transitive and intransitive verbs, the property of motion, homonyms, the structure of complex sentence, etc. shows the cognitive capability with case particles is not enough. Owing to the lack of recognition at the Japanese case system, it is fully proved that Korean learners often concentrate on the habit of thinking about case morphology rather than semantic structure when building Japanese sentence. So in order to solve this problem, some suitable education methods suggested to help learners better understand the meaning and function of ‘ga’, ‘ni’, ‘wo’, such as entertaining practices of making distinctions between grammar and vocabulary, etc., thus making the full use of case particles in Japanese linguistics.
