The purpose of this study is to find out how nutrition education actually affects each class of society for adult men and to recognize that the practice of education content is related to health. Based on the 7th National Health and Nutrition Survey data, the study was classified into 325 Nutrition Education Group (NE) and 6,846 Non-Nourishment Education Group (NNE) and used as the final analysis data. For those who received nutrition education, the practice rate was higher in recognizing, using, and practicing diet therapy. The higher the income division and education level of households, the higher the probability of practice, and the higher the probability of practice among those who were employed. In addition, those who received nutrition education in the morning fasting group had a high rate of practice, and those who recognized their body type as obesity seemed to be practicing nutrition with healthy methods such as exercise. Nutrition education showed a high rate of practice in which people with diseases were aware of appropriate stress and tried to consult mental problems. In conclusion, it was shown to be effective in maintaining and managing health according to the practice rate in nutrition education for adult males. Therefore, it should contribute to reducing social costs and maintaining people’s health by developing or improving nutrition education to increase the practice rate and prevent diseases.
