This study examines the effect of dessert cafe consumption experience on customer satisfaction and verifies the moderating effect of eating out consumption patterns in this relationship. From April 10, 2021 to April 24, 2021, a survey was conducted using a convenience sampling method for consumers who had experience using dessert cafes in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Total 215 copies of valid data were used for the analysis, except for the questionnaire that did not meet the research purpose and insincerely answered 230 copies of the questionnaire. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that playfulness and sociality of consumption experience had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and symbolism did not have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Second, symbolism and eating out type have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, symbolism, atmosphere pursuit type, and social performance.
