In the present study, the Fructooligosaccharide was obtained by enzymatic treatment of banana peel extract and purified. In addition, the growth enhancement of probiotics strains was analyzed. Further, the targeting the microbiota-gut-brain axis, and reverse the impact of chronic Stress in Mice. Based on the in-vitro results, the banana peel crude extract and standard FOS showed similar growth enhancement was observed.
