Biologically active peptides released from proteins are important for immune regulation. The purpose of this study was to isolate and purify the immunologically active peptide Ab4-7 from abalone (Haliotis discus) through ultrafiltration combined with multi-step chromatography separation and purification, and evaluate the antioxidant efficacy of Ab4-7 through an inflammatory mechanism in lipolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages.
