Cyber bullying is becoming a serious youth problem. There have been many studies from various perspectives to understand and reduce the phenomenon of bullying. The scope of research on bullying is also varied, including definitions, characteristics, types, causes, and results. The penetration rate of information and communication equipment is very high, and the age of use varies from elementary school students to the elderly. Therefore, understanding of violent behavior in cyberspace is very important. In order to intervene and prevent the abuser and the victims in cyberspace, we need to organize the cyber bullying study and investigate empirically the studies on cyber bullying. In this study, the prior study of the cyber bullying, social norms, and assault behavior was previewed and empirical research was carried out. Based on prior research, anonymity, aggressiveness, bystander, repetition were adopted as factors for the cyber bullying. The collected data were analyzed using the default statistics of SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 2.0 (partial least squares) using a structured formula. This study focuses on analyzing the relationship between social norms, cyber bullying, and abusive behavior as well as factors that determine the anonymity, aggressiveness, bystander, and repetition. The summary of research findings is as follows. First, social norms have significant effect on anonymity. Social norms has significantly affect aggressiveness. Social norms has significantly affect bystander. Social norms has significantly impact repetition. Second, anonymity has significant impact on assault behavior. Aggressiveness has significant effect assault behavior. The bystander has significant effect on assault behavior. Repetition has significant impact on assault behavior.
