The exchanges between China, Japan and Korea will continue to deepen. The signing of FTA between the three countries can help them to enhance their economic and trade relations. China, Japan and Korea have started consultations ( negotiations) on the signing of FTA. It is evident that the FTA between these three countries may harm the interests of some sectors and industries, but in a comprehensive way, this loss is still in a secondary position compared to the expected benefits. The early signing of the FTA between China, Japan and Korea depends on the determination of their governments and the narrowing of the gap of opinion. This article will start from the analyze of the mutual exchanges between China and Korea in international economic law field because the FTA signed between the two countries pay close attention to the content of the evaluation, and the international economic law and also the scholars of these two countries made the role of promoting China-Korea FTA. Furthermore, this article advocates that the civil exchange between China and Korea should be extended to Japan so as Japan can also be concerned by the FTA. In the domain of industry development and technological innovation, China, Japan and Korea still have a long way to go. It is clear that Japan overtakes Korea while Korea is ahead of China. Therefore, during the negotiations between China and Korea, the parts requested by Korea and the parts requested by China will also be the important sector in China-Japan-Korea FTA. Moreover, most of these difficulties will arise because of the overlapping interests of the three countries. These difficulties will eventually require the three countries to make certain concessions..
