The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of factors related to job satisfaction of beauty industry workers by analyzing 33 research theses published from 1999 to 2016 and the result of three research papers using a meta-analysis and the size of the effect according to publication years and effective factors for job satisfaction.The overall effect size between relevant factors in job satisfaction of beauty industry workers was found to have a large effect size. The effect size of general factors of job satisfaction can be interpreted as a medium size. The lower factor shows the medium effect size, and all the factors besides customer service satisfaction showed a large effect size. The study interprets that the effect of the intra-organizational factor is large. The lower factor was found to have a larger effect size. The external organizational factor was found to have a large effect size. Remuneration and promotion of the lower factor signify a medium effect size, and all other factors have a large effect size. As a result of changes in job satisfaction and related factors of beauty industry workers, the closer to the recent publication, the larger the effect size. The result of general characteristic factor group showed the closer to the recent publication, the smaller the effect size. The result of changes in the job-related factor group, the intra-organizational factor group, and the external organizational factor group showed the closer to the recent publication, the larger the effect size.
