Purpose: Industry on the Internet in China, the start of an unusual Shopping fail to fully utilize the potential that online trading market, despite my insufficient government policies in China, regional disparities, due to poor digital base very big is its growth potential late than other developed countries, that is the situation. This study compared the situation to the aims and presented the problem of online transactions on the basis of reviewing the status of online transactions in China after finding the direction of development that can enable online transactions in China. Research design, data, and methodology: This study with reference to existing research reports, previous research suggests the Promotion of China’s online shopping mall. Results: After examining the concept of online transactions in order to achieve this purpose and characteristics, based on existing research centers on the policies and market size of China’s online transactions came up through about the status of electronic commerce. Chinese and Korean online shopping mall and comparison look at the problems that exist through the Taobao and Gmaket for success online shopping model’s success both countries to be analyzed. Finally, China presented the problem of shopping online. Conclusions: First, in the practice of the online store to service the legal system should remove regulatory barriers to entry and complement the government regarding the online shopping facilities and provide a systematic law and the government should actively pursued in order to protect consumers. Second, it must promote the standardization of online shopping technology to achieve the advanced level of national informatization and enterprise informatization. Third, to improve the reliability of transactions and to achieve a higher quality of products increase the target of an online store items and should build strategy of internet. Fourth, it should be a lot of commitment and investment funds of various security personnel to build the infrastructure, logistics infrastructure, payment infrastructure that supports the online store.
