The main purpose of this was responsed Immunoendocrine to different intensity of excercise(40%, 50% and 60%V˙ O2max) of the obesity women(body Fat 36.7±3.5%). The study performed bicycle ergometer exercise for 30 minutes pre and post-exercise according to exercise intensity. To analyze the change of variables hormone and immune mechanism pre to recovery period.
The results obtained from the analysis were as belows.
1)Growth Hormone significantly increased in all of exercise intensity after exercise and the degree of increase was mush bigger with increase in exercise intensity.
2)Cortisol did not change in all of exercise intensity after exercise and there was no effect according to exercise intensity.
3)Natural Killer cell, Helper-cell and Suppressor-cell significantly increased in all conditions excepting 40% VO2max after exercise but there was no effect according to exercise intensity.
4)The ration of Helper-cell and Suppressor-cell significantly increased in all conditions excepting 40% VO2max and there was a substantial effect to exercise intensity.
Through the above results, the study found that Immune cell were significantly changed after 30 minutes exercise in 40-60%VO2max.
In addition, in change as exercise intensity T4/T8 ratio cell were influenced according to exercise intensity.
