Currently, the food service concept to meet what guest wants & needs is not quite well rooted, even though there are rapid expansion of outside food service market to catch up for latent high class customers who are in variety of preference both appetite pattern & pursuit of personal likings. What affects next purchasing action is about customer's satisfaction to review what he or she experiences in terms of comparison with good's worth & personal preference. It is now under severely discussion of the importance of customer's royalty in the outside food service industry. But, there leaves much more step to improve to study on the correlations among variance to affect customer's satisfaction. Repeatedly, customers do have a tendency to purchase goods in comparison with variety of those, and worth evaluation, in this point, customer's satisfaction degree does impact on next step of purchasing procedure, which will eventually lead to increase portion of customers. Nowadays, in the outside food service industry the importance of customer's loyalty is brought up, and being studied. Also, focusing on service quality & customer satisfaction will be major concern for making him or her a repetitive visitor. Therefore, to try to hold or have customers who are repetitive visitors should do assist best for customers to choose better proper goods. These characteristics should be recognized by guest a unique & symbolic image to be different from others, and these facts are more important factors in the more mature & competitive market, such as outside food service industry. How to create & induce customer's constant interest & successive visiting will be pursued through analysis & correlation comparison of various variables to influence on customer satisfaction factors & customer loyalty ones
