This study examine for the way of mutual understanding or to search for win-win strategy that how can make a peace through the foreign language or Japanese language teaching in this time. It was begin teaching the Japanese in Korea from Korea and it has been doing now. But during the history of Japanese teaching in the Korea happened colonial time by Japan. So many of the Korean people not only memorization but also be learning now too from he/her ancestor, school etc. It has been started the JLPT, Japanese Language Proficiency Test, in the Korea from 1995. However, JLPT committee turned the test of policy unexpectedly from 2010 but there is not positive evidence. But we can speculate through some of few resource of represented source. From some of the test sample on the JLPT site, was changed many of the things than old versions. First thing is that the name. JLPT is changed the N-Test. The meaning of ‘N’ is caused by Nippon. The name of ‘Nippon’ has embedded in the Korean people how is the colonial era or remain the colonial time by Japan.
To teach of Japanese language or foreign language is not true for make a new Japanese citizen. Particularly in the Korea to teach of Japanese language has many of the special meaning.
I tried on this paper how can make a peace through the foreign language and what is the most important the way for understand each other.
