This study was intended to provided the suggestive points for the effective satisfaction scheme. For this purpose, it attempted to identify what effect participants` perception on the sports event service environment had on the image and their revisit. As a result, the following findings were obtained First, it was found that such service environment variables as comfortableness(beautiful natural environment, clean surrounding environment) and reliability(fame and size of the event, diversity of F&B facilities, parking facilities and accessibility, sufficient lodging facilities) had a very significant effect on the image. Second, it was found that such service environment variables as reliability(fame and size of the event, diversity of F&B facilities, parking facilities and accessibility, sufficient lodging facilities) and convenience(specialized progression of the event, presiding staff`s kindness, speedy discomfort settlement) had a very significant effect on the revisit.
