The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the knowledge management activities, job satisfaction, job commitment, and organization commitment, and turnover intentions in commercial sports center members. For this, a research hypothesis was suggested based on the theory and prior research. After conducting surveys on the commercial sports center members of the capital area, the results were analyzed by utilizing structural equating model analysis. To summarize the results of research is as the following. First of all, the sharing of knowledge in information management activities did now have significant effect on job satisfaction. Secondly, the technology system of the knowledge management activities had positive significant effect on task satisfaction. Thirdly, the education training of the knowledge management activity had positive significant effect on the job satisfaction. Fourthly, the foundation structure of the knowledge management activities had positive significant effect on the job satisfaction. Fifthly, the foundation reimbursement of the knowledge management activities showed positive significant effects on job satisfaction. Sixthly, job satisfaction seemed to show positive significant effects in organization commitment. Seventhly, job satisfactions showed positive significant effects on job commitment. Eighthly, job commitment showed positive significant effects on organization commitment. Ninthly, job satisfaction showed negative significant effects on turnover intentions. Tenthly, organization commitment showed negative significant effects on turnover intentions. Eleventh, job commitment did not show significant effects on turnover intentions.
