The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Personal Assistance Service in Workplace for the Disabled(PAS) and Support Program Of Employment Management Expenses for the Disabled. The evaluation was conducted based on the public project evaluation system. The evaluation stage was divided into planning stage, execution stage, performance stage and feedback stage. The evaluation criteria are effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness and equity.
As a result of the evaluation of the Personal Assistance Service in Workplace for the Disabled, it was evaluated that the degree of conformity of policy goals, sufficiency of service demand, degree of contributing to achievement of business goal, satisfaction of social demand by business execution, and future sustainability of service demand were all good. However, indicators of equity and efficiency were rated as ‘insufficient’or‘slightly insufficient’
As a result of the evaluation of the Support Program Of Employment Management Expenses for the Disabled, the degree of conformity of policy goals, the sufficiency of service demand, the presence of disabled persons who are marginalized in the service, the contribution of the project to the achievement of the goal, and the future sustainability of the service demand are all good. However, the efficiency and utility indicators were rated“slightly insufficient”
