This study has been done to publicize doctoral dissertation of the main author. the study has been performed to review online materials about old people``s care works, and harassment the home visiting care workers experienced from the clients. In this paper, we used data from a regional survey on service needs and harassments from the care workers of the elderly long term care insurance services around Hae-Mi and Seo-San area Most of the care workers are women, indicating 97% and there is a tremendous potentials of experience or being exposed to the harassment and emotional disruption. Regarding the age, 30s and 40s take up almost 50%, which indicate about half the workers are sexually active women and therefore the potential sexual harassment is highly possible. For the specialty, there was no pre dominant prevalence and almost half were Christianity of Catholic or protestant and social workers, helping local elderly at rural homes.
