The purpose of this study is to present the suggestions to take advantage of the way for effective human resource management. Employees were engaged in the Starwood Brand Hotels with population, a survey was conducted in W Seoul Walkerhill Hotel, Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel, Westin Chosun Hotel, Sheraton D Cube City Hotel, Sheraton Incheon. And to present based on the following theoretical and practical implications of the above findings. First, this study specifically to emotional labor and organization commitment and hotel businesses by identifying the relationship between job satisfaction and presented empirical data can be seen as having valuable implications in that it uses the Big five model. Second, Big five personality type test of the Operation Department hiring new employees over the open, proposes to employ staff with a friendly personality. Third, For hotel organizational culture consists of a high employee loyalty and selfless nature of collaborative friendly staff, a strong sense of responsibility, sincere personality that employee, suggests that intellectual curiosity to hire staff and open personality that. Finally, there is a sense in terms that you can employ outstanding staff that can increase the performance of the organization in a situation in which the reduction of labor costs for personnel and placement services and bring improved business performance.
