The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of Tour conductor job demands and job resources on their job embeddedness and job burnout to ultimately present useful information on effective human resource management and job performance of specialized travel agency. 322 collected copies of questionnaire was used out of 350 distributed copies of questionnaire. For the analysis of actual proof to verify the study hypothesis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were carried out with 322 valid samples through SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0; also, covariance structure analysis was carried out to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results are as follow. First, job autonomy, role conflict, role overload has positive effect on appropriateness. However, it was found that social support, role ambiguity was not significant. Second, job autonomy, role conflict, role overload has positive effect on ties. However, it was found that social support, role ambiguity was not significant. Third, social support, job autonomy, role conflict, roleoverload was found to have significant negative effects.
