The purpose of this study was investigated on the relationship among leader-member exchange(LMX), work engagement and innovation behavior of fitness centers. To accomplish such research purpose, researcher identified the causal relationship through regression analysis after having established relationship models among leader-member exchange(LMX) of fitness centers, work engagement and innovation behavior on precedent research works and hypothetical model. 239 participants were sampled from the fitness centers employee’s in Seoul and Gyeonggido region by using convenient sampling method. For the data processing, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted through the SPSS 18.0 program, confirmatory factor analysis was carried out through the AMOS 18.0 program in order to verify the construct validity of the measured variables, and then the goodness of fit of the model was investigated through covariance structure analysis. Grounded on the research methods and data analysis results above, the conclusion of this research is as follows. First, leader-member exchange(LMX) of fitness centers had positive influence on work engagement. Second, leader-member exchange(LMX) of fitness centers had positive influence on innovation behavior. Third, work engagement had positive influence on innovation behavior.
