The purpose of this study was to analyze teaching behaviors of science student-teachers such as presentation of learning objectives, delivery of subject contents and performance of teaching and learning. Teaching behaviors of 6 student teachers were analyzed comparatively between before and during teaching practising in school. Most of student teachers preferred teacher-centered to learner- centered presentation of learning objectives. There were explanations with reasons less than interpretative explanations and descriptive explanations at delivery of teaching content. Before teaching practising, they performed inquiring teaching without experiment, they were changed to be experimental teaching and explaining teaching during teaching practising in school. Teaching and learning competence should be reinforced in training course of science student teachers at the college of education. When cooperative teaching is properly done in connection with colleges and schools, student teachers can be helped to elevate teaching professionalism.
