The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of job characteristics of disabled physical and physical education leaders on organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment. In order to achieve the objectives, in November 2019, after 8 weeks, job characteristics, organizational effectiveness, and organizational dedication were explained and questioned by self-evaluation method. A total of 220 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and a total of 202 copies were selected as the final valid sample, excluding 18 copies that were judged to be unfaithful. IBM SPSS 22.0 was used for the collected data. Reliability analysis was performed through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and Cronbach’s α value to explain the characteristics of the subjects, and correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that the influence of job characteristics of disabled physical and physical fitness instructors on organizational effectiveness had a statistically significant effect. Second, it was found that job characteristics of the physically and physically challenged persons with disabilities had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was found that the organizational effectiveness of the physically and physically challenged persons with disabilities had a significant effect on organizational commitment.
