The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in muscle activity of the external oblique, internal oblique, and transverse abdominal muscles according to the posture of the bridge exercise. Subjects were 10 adult males and females, and the thickness was measured using an ultrasound device to determine the difference in muscle activity of the external, internal, and transverse abdominal muscles. The collected data were statistically processed using one-way ANOVA, and if significance was found, post-hoc was performed through Scheffe's method. As a result of the study, the difference in muscle activity between the target muscles was similar in both stabilization and piers exercise. That is, the muscularity of the target muscle showed statistically significant differences in all experimental conditions(p<.0 01), The difference between the muscles was high in the order of internal oblique, external oblique, and transverse abdominal muscles. Second, There was no statistically significant difference in the activity of the external and internal oblique muscles according to the bridge exercise method, but the activity of the transverse abdominal muscle. Was statistically significant according to the bridge exercise method (p<.001). In conclusions, This study showed that the muscle activity of the transverse abdominal muscle was higher than that of other types of bridge exercise when it was accompanied by adductor muscle contraction during bridge exercise. It seems to be more effective to conduct.
