Learning agility is regarded as a future competency that can respond to changing and complex situations, and it will be needed especially in the e-learning environment caused by COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of learning agility on e-learning immersion and learning satisfaction. For this purpose, survay data of 120 students in C-university were analyzed with the SPSS statistical package program using verified diagnostic tools such as Park Jeong-yeol (2019). As a result of multiple regression analysis with sub-elements of learning agility as influence variables and learning flow and satisfaction as outcome variables, the effect of learning agility on learning flow was not significant, and some sub-factors of learning agility (open sensing, critical reflection) on learning satisfaction was statistically significant. This study is meaningful in that it attempted a study on the effect of learning agility on e-learning, which had not been done before, and in practice, open sensing and critical reflection through similarity analysis and other teaching activities to increase e-learning satisfaction. It can be used as a strategy to promote. The limitations of other studies and future research directions were discussed.
