The purpose of this study is to investigate the casual relationship among personal traits, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of the sports service organizations. Subject for this study consisted of the workers over 20 - 3) years of age which were a total of fro using purpose sampling method. Of these fro subjects 378 of these were used as data analysis.
The Questionnaires about personal traits, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior are based on the scale of domestic previous studies using, these are personal traits scale of NEO-PI-R by Costa & McCrae(1992), organizational commitment one by Mowday, et al.(1979), and organizational citizenship behavior one by Organ(1988) used them after examing validity and reliability through pilot test.
The methods of statistics used to analyze the collected data are Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Path Analysis. Results obtained from this research are as follows:
First, it is found that extroversions and openness among personal traits have a significant difference with organizational commitment.
Second, it is found that extroversions, openness and congeniality among personal traits have a significant difference with organizational citizenship behavior.
Third, it is found that affective commitment and continuous commitment among organizational commitment factors have a significant difference with organizational citizenship behavior.
Fourth, it is found that extroversions, openness, congeniality and organizational commitment have a static relationship with organizational citizenship.
