There is the purpose of this study makes sense to analyze a influence of operational satisfaction and operational continuity intention at the store operating environment. The analysis used 344 valid sample gathered from the survey. Basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation analysis were performed using the program of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0.
Through this study, we analyzed how store environment, commercial environment and business environment affect the operational satisfaction and operational continuity intention.
The main results of the study are as follows
First, commercial growth potential were the most influential factors in the operational satisfaction and operational continuity intention. Second, market and institutional characteristics were found to be important factors in operational satisfaction and operational continuity intention. Third, characteristics of facilities were found to have an effect on operational satisfaction and operational continuity intention.
The results of this study showed that there is a structural causal relationship between the satisfaction of operation and the operational continuity intention. Based on these results, suggested implications for individuals and governments for the strengthen competitiveness in store operation.
