This study analyzed the labor history of women who have lived as founders or successors in longevity restaurant. By analyzing the role of women in the longevity restaurant, I tried to analyze how it affected the growth and development of the family business. Five cases in which a woman started a business and had a female successor were used in the analysis. The research results are as follows.; 1. The role of Female founder : In the process of starting a business, she shows a passionate entrepreneurship and competency based on home-grown skills. In addition, based on the business philosophy, he demonstrates strong leadership in the enterprise. 2. The role of Female successors: They are Guardians of the family business tradition and core value inherited from her predecessor. They are Guardians of the family business tradition and core value inherited from her predecessor, A manager who demonstrates leadership and competency for the long-lasting of family business, A broker who translate family business to future generations through training. The implication of this study is that a new perspective has been proposed against the discourse of ‘masculine = corporate management’.
