The purpose of this article was to research the effect about kitchen employee’s perception of organizational fairness on their job satisfaction and management performance at family restaurants in Busan area. This research employed frequency analysis to find the general characteristics of kitchen employees, factor analyses to evaluate construction of validity and to identify reliability, and multi-regression analysis to test the suggested model with SPSS 19.0 package. In conclusion, kitchen employee’s perception of organizational fairness (procedural p<0.001, distributive p<0.005, interactive p<0.05) had positive influences on their job satisfaction. And job satisfaction had positive influence on business performance (financial p<0.001, non-financial p<0.05). As a result, for the purpose of continuous development in management performance and competition advantage, family restaurant company needs to improve more suitable fairness of various polices.
