Hotel corporations are a place where organization culture is formed in various ancillary facilities based on human resources and the service products, which are evaluated by customer needs according to employees" behaviors attitude, are sold. Organizational culture began to be studied to improve the organizational efficiency in the business administration sector of the US and has become a significant research theme related to the productivity improvement and organizational adaptation to recent rapidly-changing environment. In 21st-century knowledge society, intangible assets such as knowledge, information power, compositional creativity, and immersion have more influence. Therefore, an organization need to transfer itself into a learning group, which can resolve problems by itself based on its members" capabilities, by systematically accumulating knowledge resources and spreading them to the whole organization. This study focuses on surveying how hotel organizational culture, rationalization of servant leadership, development culture, and hierarchical culture influence on an organization considering the characteristics of the hotel organization, instead of concentrating on the boss" leadership or suggesting the performance improvement plan as the precedent studies did. Considering the current situations, we should be concerned about the temporary employee issues and the boss" leadership is expected to be greatly helpful for the performance of organizational development since part-time job employees and trainees have high expectations on the current organization.
