As the CSV(Creating Shared Value)of business has been valued as important, recently some active studies have tried to apply it to the management activities. However, some tourism related companies do not fully aware of the importance of CSV utilities. Also there are not many studies on the CSV and its consequences. Thus, in this study, the concept of CSV creation will be clarified, and based on the research result the importance of CSV and its relation to tourism business will be emphasized. In order to fulfill this research object, self-descriptive surveys have been practiced from June 1 to August 31, 2015, and 527 sheets were utilized for the final analysis. The material was analyzed using methods of SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0.
As a result of the verification of the research hypothesis, economic value creation has no significant positive influence on the external image, but has a significant positive influence on the management image. Social value creation has significant positive influences on both the external image and the management image. Also, economic value creation and social value creation have significant positive influence on the business reliability. External image has no significant positive influence on the action intention, but management image has a significant positive influence on the action intention. The business reliability has a positive influence on the action intention.
