This study aims at analyzing the emotional experience of physical instructors for the elderly who were affiliated with Gyeonggi province sports-for-all association in their life at work by way of day reconstruction method. It has assessed the instructors’ activities, time, and emotional experience. Also, it has measured their emotional experience by group type by utilizing their loyalty and job satisfaction. First, the result on their emotional experience as follows. It has been discovered the degree of their emotional experience is high when they are teaching and talking with the elderly during their curricular activities. Also it has been analyzed the quality of their life at work is the lowest between 3 to 6 p.m. It has also been found their positive emotional experience is usually derived from their relationship with the elderly and their junior while their negative emotional experience is usually derived from their relationship with their colleague and boss. Second, the results of categorization(high/mid/low level satisfaction) of the instructors and their experience as follows. Their characteristics in terms of demographic sociology is different. High satisfaction group is experiencing greater deal of positive emotion than low satisfaction group.
