This study aimed at presenting a new human hotel management model for hotel companies, which are placed in the increasingly competitive environment, by analyzing relationships among the following research units: perceived organizational support, self efficacy, of hotel company culinary employees, and organizational citizenship behaviors, and turnover intention. To this end an empirical study was conducted based on the variables found through previous studies. For the empirical study, a survey was carried out among employees of hotel culinary all across the nation from April 20 to May 10, 2014. Of the collected questionnaires, a total of 389 questionnaires, excluding inappropriate ones, were used for analyses. As for the empirical analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted, and covariance structure analysis were carried out for the verification of the hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for Window and AMOS 18.0. The following results have been obtained from the empirical analysis. First, as a result of verifying the relation between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior, path coefficient between altruism which are constructs of perceived organizational support. Second, as a result of verifying the relation between self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior,its indicated that the better civic consciousness, altruism. Third, as a result of verifying the relation between organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention, its indicated that the better civic consciousness, altruism and anger control which are constructs of perceived organizational support are, the higher turnover intention.
