This study was conducted for individual bakery companies with the purpose of examining the effect relationship of leader-member exchange(LMX) of bakery on organizational commitment and turnover intention. The survey period was conducted from July 10 to July 30, 2021, and the general matters of the respondents of the survey were nominal scale, and the Likert 7-point scale was used for items for hypothesis verification. The analysis was SPSS using a total of 328 questionnaires. As 20, the analysis of this study was conducted. The implications of this study according to the hypothesis verification results are as follows. First, this study has academic significance in that it is the first start of the study on the exchange relationship between bakery leaders and members so far. Basic data were provided. Second, since the variables of kindness and ability in the leader-member exchange relationship are absolutely necessary factors to increase organizational commitment, field leaders and bakery managers should actively reflect these factors to increase employee organizational commitment. Third, in order to minimize the turnover intention of bakery employees, it is necessary to understand the factors of kindness, ability, and sincerity, and to minimize the intention of employees to change jobs. Fourth, as a result of the mediating effect of organizational commitment, working-level managers should reduce turnover intention by establishing a manual that can increase the working-level competency for technical acquisition, product development, and business processing required by employees.
