This study is purposed to investigate the relationship between the justice aspects, which explain how a ski resort recognizes its own ski instructors, and the job satisfaction/organizational commitment of the instructors. For the objective of study, regular employees in ski resorts who teach skiing were taken as the population. The resorts in this study include more than 10 places that are located in Gyeonggido, Gangwondo, and Geollabukdo. The final assessment was performed for the dada of 178 persons among the entire data collection. Using the regression analysis to prove the hypothesis, following results were obtained.
First of all, after analysis of the relationship between the justice and the job satisfaction, only the distributive justice among three justice variables significantly exerted the influence(positive influence) on their occupational satisfaction statistically. It can be interpreted that the ski instructors can be more satisfied with their job as they are aware more of the justice of the distribution.
Secondly, after analysis of the relationship between the justice and the organizational commitment, only the interactional justice among three justice variables exhibited its significant influence(positive influence) on their sense of organizational commitment. It can be interpreted that the ski instructors become more attached to their ski resort organization as they are more aware of mutual interaction within them.
